We strive for continuous improvement in everything we do, which is reflected in our EMAS validation. EMAS comprehensively evaluates companies’ actions in terms of environment impact and provides guidance for ongoing improvements and development. However, our efforts to protect the environment will only succeed if we carefully consider and optimise all our processes and encourage our network to keep the environment in mind. That’s why we rely on resource-saving processes and use 100% green electricity to refurbish our hardware – powered by our own solar panels. Transparency is just as important to us, which is why we regularly publish our environmental statement.
When collecting your old hardware, we coordinate with you in good time to ensure packaging materials and transport are organised sustainably. This allows both our companies to make a joint contribution to our environment.

Data protection is only effective if it’s consistent. That’s why we prioritise maximum security – not only in remarketing, but in all our corporate processes. With our ISO/IEC 27001 certification, we fulfil the most comprehensive and stringent requirements for security concepts. This includes regular audits of our processes – even before security gaps arise.
We protect all our data and processes just as carefully, and use mandatory two-factor authentication for customers logging into our Spect app.

We protect the work environment, too.
Keeping an eye on the health and safety of our employees is an integral part of our sustainability concept. Just one example is the technical systems that allow us to optimise lighting in the workplace. We also organise regular health checks and a workplace assessment by our company doctor.
We have had these and other measures certified according to ISO 45001, which means we can guarantee good working conditions in every area of our company.
