Our storyWe are Green IT Solution

Since 2015, we’ve been shaking up the IT refurbishment industry. Our mission: Combining top tech with maximum sustainability. And we work hard to make it happen. From our humble beginnings as a box mover, we worked our way up to become an integral part of the German IT refurbishment industry. In 2015, we started out with a team of just three employees. Now, we have more than 80 people working here – and we’re also the proud recipient of the German Sustainability Award 2024.

We love IT. We love sustainable IT. And that's why we'll keep going full throttle in the future and want to keep shaking up the refurbished market with our visions and innovations.

What makes us tick


Some people still think ‘different’ is a dirty word. Some people boost their egos with big cars – and bigger bills at the pump. And some treat ‘creative accounting’ like an Olympic sport. But not us. Because we have other values that we live by. We’ve summarised them for you here:

RespectWe’re all sitting on the same throne.

None of us is better because of our job title or their past achievements. The benchmark is how you show up today and what you manage to accomplish today.

That’s why everyone, without exception, gets the chance to prove themselves and improve. Every day anew. Because one thing is clear: there is something in everyone that makes them want to roll out of bed in the morning.

MotivationA thirst for change.

We see change as an opportunity – and that’s why we make the most of every opportunity that comes our way. Even if it demands a lot from us. Even things don’t go perfectly straight away. How do we manage our time? Doesn’t matter. How do we achieve the result? Doesn’t matter. And if the result works about as well as flip-flops with socks? Awkward – but still, who cares?

The only thing that really matters is whether we are willing to work on ourselves – and on the company. We need this willingness so we can take risks, fail, keep going and improve. Because that’s what ultimately leads to success.

SincerityWe’re more honest than we need to be.

With us, nothing is concealed or glossed over. We even go one step further: We ensure transparency – whether requested or not. We expect the same proactive honesty from our business partners and employees.

All three are cool values. But there are also other great things that are important to us:

Sustainability, for example. A very commendable thing. But for us, sustainability is like athlete’s foot after a visit to the swimming pool: You think you’ve got it. But then you don’t. We want to be sustainable. We really do. But it’s a very big word.

A word that can quickly seem hypocritical if not implemented consistently. That’s why, in ithe spirit of honesty, we’re not ready to brand ourselves as “sustainable” quite yet. But we know it’s an important topic, and we’re working hard to improve every day.

Beyond that, though, there are values that are kind of like nappies – they should be standard, or things will be shitty. For example, humanity. Freedom. Self-determination. This also means standing up against hate speech, antisemitism, sexism and other forms of exclusion and discrimination. Things that should go without saying.

And which nevertheless need to be said.
